Taking the time to understand the different behaviours of people is the key to effective communication. Discovering how to communicate more effectively will enable you to achieve the things you want, not only at work but the otherareas of your life as well.  The purpose is to create win/win relationships, not in any way to manipulate, 'pigeonhole' or label people.

What are Behaviours?  Our behaviours show “how” we act.  Our behaviours were built from both nature and nurture.  Research has shown that behavioural characteristics can be grouped together into four quadrants, or styles, which are referred to as DISC:

  • Dominance
  • Influence
  • Steadiness
  • Compliance

By attending this seminar, you will have the opportunity to take your own DISC assessment and learn the universal language of behaviours.
