Creating a High Performance Coaching Culture (HPCC)

Prism Group client, Norfolk County has been acknowledged by the GTA Chapter of the International Coach Federation for demonstrating                                         business results through coaching!

Creating a High Performance Coaching Culture is probably one of the most engaging journeys an organization can embark on.  When we refer to a "High Performance Coaching Culture" we envision an organization in which people have respectful performance-based conversations and are mutually dedicated to individual and organizational success.

Being an International Coach Federation accredited coach, Sophie Mathewson (our President) understands that there are times when external coaching is an extremely invaluable development and transformation tool.  What Sophie also realizes is, that there is a difference between a "coached" culture and a "coaching" culture.

THOC BookAfter reviewing many options and models, we came to the conclusion that the best thinking on coaching cultures wa developed by Thomas G. Crane and outlined in his book "The Heart of Coaching:  Creating High Performance Coaching Cultures."

We have been affiliated with Tom Crane since 2006 and have worked with organizations to transform their cultures using Tom's work in delivering Heart of Coaching workshops and acting as consultants in the transformation journey.

"The Heart of Coaching has been instrumental in assisting us in our journey to becoming a learning organization.  Participants internalize skills they can immediately integrate into their daily interactions which accelerate the evolution towards a high performance organization.  Sophie is a passionate facilitator whose sessions are entertaining, high-energy and motivational.”
