Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is a facilitative one-to-one, mutually designed relationship between a professional coach and a key contributor who has a powerful position in the organization. This relationship occurs in areas of business, government, not-for-profit, and educational organizations where there are multiple stakeholders and organizational sponsorship for the coach or coaching group.

The coaching is contracted for the benefit of a client who is accountable for highly complex decisions with a wide scope of impact on the organization and industry as a whole. The coaching is usually focused on organizational performance or development, but may also have a personal component as well. The results produced from this relationship are observable and measurable, commensurate with the requirements the organization has for the performance of the person being coached.

How it works:

We begin your executive coaching engagement with a comprehensive leading edge highly validated assessment of your personal talents. You have the option of including a dual-factor 360 degree feedback survey in this initial information gathering phase. We will then debrief the results with you and help you compile this valuable information into a meaningful plan for yourself.

Typically, we would meet with you two or three times per month for 40 to 60 minutes each time although we gladly customize our services to meet your needs, schedule and budget. Our coaching can be delivered in person or by phone - anywhere in the world.

Each coaching session will pick up where the last one left off and each session ends with an action step that takes you closer to your goal(s).
