Sophie works with her clients to help them accomplish sustainable and greater goals more quickly in their professional and personal lives. She brings passion, energy, integrity, professionalism, value and a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience to each client.

Continual transformation is no stranger to Sophie. She has progressively built on her strengths and passions as she moved from a management career, to entrepreneur, to entrepreneur/coach. Sophie has always held the people she dealt with, both clients and staff, as her primary focus and attributes much of her success to her genuine love of people ~ something coaching clients clearly sense.

Sophie has completed courses at two accredited International Coach Federation coach training institutions, The Coaches Training Institute and Corporate Coach U. Sophie is one of a few Canadian coaches to hold both the International Coach Federation [ICF] Professional Certified Coach [PCC] and the Certified Corporate Coach U Certified Corporate Graduate [CCUCG] designations. Currently, Sophie is one of only 100 ICF accredited coaches in Canada. In addition, Sophie is certified as a Professional Behavioural Analyst, a Professional Values Analyst and an Attribute Index Analyst. These certifications are a sign of Sophie's commitment to continualy developing herself and thereby continually modelling what she expects of her clients as well as continually bringing more value and knowledge to her clients.

In addition to successfully now building two enterprises from the ground up, Sophie has held numberous community leadership roles, namely: President of Women's Business Network of Peterborough; President of the Greater Peterborough Chamber or Commerce - the second female to hold this position in its then 108 year history; Director with the Ontario Chamber of Commerce; Member of GPA 20/20 Visioning; Chair of the East Central Ontario Network [ECO-Net]; Inaugural board member of the Greater Peterborough Area Economic Development Corporation [GAP EDC]; and, 2002 Co-chair of the Peterborough & District United Way Campaign together with her husband Stan. Sophie currently holds board positions with the Human Resources Professionals of Ontario, Peterborough Chapter; and Community Living Peterborough.

Description
Stan is a Senior Strategic Management Consultant specializing in Strategic Management Consulting and focused on structured, creative and innovative approaches to meeting client need.

He has over thirty (30) years of experience and brings business and information management and information technology insights to analysis, business and technology design and management. He has over twenty (20) years experience in program analysis and evaluation, managing projects and information technology to support business innovation, including eight (8) years of business design experience using enterprise business architecture techniques. He has a strong interest in the geospatial component of information and facilitating horizontal linkages and transformations across the organizational boundaries also characterizes Stan's work. Stan is registered as an Ontario Land Information Professional under the Ontario Surveyor's Act.. His fields of experience include education, natural resources, finance and administration, government, the voluntary sector and information and information technology

Prior to joining Prism Group, He was Head Information Architect and Manager of Strategic Planning for the Land and Resources I&IT Cluster of the Ontario Government, reporting to the CIO, and led the design, development and implementation of strategic planning and enterprise architecture in the LRC. He was a member of the Ontario Government's Architecture Core Team and the Architecture Review Board for eight (8) years and has led numerous enterprise architecture initiatives including several internal Business Architecture and Strategic I&IT and Business Planning consulting assignments. He was a leader in the development and practice of enterprise business architecture in the Ontario Government and nationally. Several of his internal consulting assignment saw Stan involved in leading and contributing to Architectural Centre of Excellence initiatives for the Province of Ontario. Stan has also promoted and practiced the application of enterprise business architecture to Program Evaluation and Modern Controllership and has led the development of an Enterprise Architecture for the Land and Resources Cluster. He has also held senior positions with Ontario's Management Board Secretariat, Ministry of Natural Resources and Ministry of the Environment as well as The Eastern Quebec Regional School Board and the North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority.
